COVID-19 Vaccine Information

Marquette County Health Department (MCHD) continues to vaccinate healthcare workers and first responders.

MCHD will be holding the first vaccination clinic for those 65 and older, by appointment only on Thursday, January 14 and Friday, January 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Baraga Gym located at 300 W. Spring Street in Marquette. At this time, all COVID-19 vaccine clinic dates and waitlist spots have been filled.

As soon as we are able to accommodate additional vaccines, we will notify our community. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to streamline our process of providing the COVID-19 vaccine to our community members.

Governor Whitmer has announced the expansion of vaccination efforts in Michigan to include Phase 1 b and to included those 65 years an older to begin on 1-11-2021.

The Marquette County Health Department (MCHD) is currently in the planning phase of establishing clinics to meet this demand.

More information regarding making an appointment to receive your COVID-19 vaccine will be available once clinics are established.
